Professional info

I am an actor, drama leader, writer, director and actors agent with over 7 years experience delivering different drama workshops from birthday parties, schools to community and senior care programmes. Once I gained my BA (honours) degree in Drama Studies at Bath Spa University, I decided to transpose all my experiences with drama groups and knowledge gained during my degree to start my own business, spreading the benefits and enjoyment that comes with drama practice.

Work experience
"My drama studies degree, acting experience, years of training in martial arts and fitness instruction, and my experience as a educator and drama practitioner has equipped me with the skills needed to deliver fun, safe, educational and beneficial drama workshops."

From 2014, the year of my graduation to the present date, I continue to design programmes and provide a wide range of community programmes to: SCHOOLS, COMMUNITY GROUPS, SENIOR CARE HOMES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES and CORPORATE TEAMS.

In 2013, I organised two drama workshops as part of the Frome Leisure Centre’s summer activities program for children between 7 and 14 years which combined drama with exercise.

SINC SHOWBIZ  - Childrens' Drama Club

From 2005 to 2010, I founded, administered and directed a drama community group for five years for home educated children (ages 5 to 14). Children were taught stage craft and acting skills in radio as well as improvisational sessions. The group performed many times publicly.

I researched and devised all the session plans and wrote or selected plays for our public performances. I have written two children’s plays Beyond 3000 for the stage and radio, and The Golden Nucleus stage musical. Other productions include: An adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare, Robin Hood and the Sheriff’s Birthday by A. O’Shea, Eileen Diamond’s musical, The Tadpole and the Caterpillar by Eileen Diamond and a stage adaptation of The Gruffolo  by Julia Donaldson.
